The school encourages parents to make all payments for their purchases by electronic payment methods as it is safer than students bringing cash into school and more efficient for the school to process.

We have a variety of electronic payment methods available as outlined below.


ParentPay is an online payment system for schools. It allows parents to pay quickly and securely for school meals, trips and activities and other items specific to your child.

You simply top-up your ParentPay account online by debit or credit card, or in cash through PayPoint stores. Payment by standing order and faster payments will be available soon. Your ParentPay balance can be used immediately to pay for any of your children’s items at any school using ParentPay.

We issue all new students with an activation letter containing a login ID and password and if you already have a ParentPay account then you can simply add your child to the existing account.

Calday School Shop

We run an online School Shop which allows you to purchase tickets, items of uniform, PE kit etc. with a debit or credit card.

Go Cardless – Direct Debit

The payment for school organised transport to Wallasey, Chester and North Wales is normally collected in 8 monthly instalments using Go Cardless Direct Debit payment.  This is a fully compliant third party automated paperless direct debit system that includes the Direct Debit Guarantee.

The instalment payments are fully explained on our bus transport web pages. There is no charge for payments made by instalments and this facility has been introduced to offer more convenient payments for parents and carers.

The direct debit payment has to be set up once each academic year per child once a travel route has been selected on our bus transport web pages.
