Meet the Headteacher

Mr Stephen Gray

It was my privilege to take up the position of Headteacher of this illustrious institution in April 2020. Education at Calday dates back to 1636 and countless numbers of our students have gone on to achieve great feats in many areas of life. Our history and tradition underpin all that we do, but we do not seek to look backwards; we aim to provide a modern education that equips our students with the attributes and skills required to flourish in the modern world.

At Calday, we aim to deliver 'more than an education'. We are a high-attaining school and our students achieve excellent results in a range of academic subjects.
